  Maurice and Jorrdan are the BEST! The Latham store has been the best, most consistent customer service experience my family has ever had! They go above and beyond to assist you, regardless of how small or large the need is. This will always be our store! I highly recommend this location!

  I walked into this store a couple days ago. I was asked if I needed assistance. I said yes, I'm a TMobile prepaid customer and wish to buy a new phone outright. I was bluntly told I had to add a new line and obtain a new phone number and new account to purchase a phone. They said to go buy a cheap unlocked phone from a big box stores, which was NOT what I wanted. I went to a TMobile store to buy a flagship TMobile phone, cash in hand, and was basically told they didn't want my business! I'm sorry but just because I'm a prepaid customer doesn't mean I can't afford a $900+ phone.
