  Great customer service! We had purchased a couch at Kincaid in Latham about 7 years ago. The couch wore well except the cushions flattened and it became very uncomfortable to sit on it. So, we Stopped in the Latham store to look around and possibly purchase a new couch. When we explained why we we're looking for a new couch, Andy, the owner, told us all we needed was new fill for the cushions and that would be under warranty. He ordered new foam fill for us, asked us to bring our cushions in and he refilled all 6 cushions. Our couch looks brand new. We'll always shop Kincaid in Latham first when looking for furniture.
